Not being based locally, their timely response to any queries or need for assistance raised by the tenants has been priceless and reassuring.

Dewhurst do a professional job, based on realism and good sense as well as complying with all legal requirements. They have an excellent local network for getting plumbing, electrical, gardening, and other work done when needed. While looking after their clients, they also try to be fair to the tenants as well. In particular, we have found Joe Ovey helpful and friendly in his work managing the house we inherited, at the same time as dealing with many other properties.
